- Hippies
In Brazil there is a small town where the majority of its inhabitants are hippies or somehow identify with this culture, this region is located in Arembepe, a small coastal town known for its calm, carefree and environmentally friendly environment , which makes it a tourist attraction for locals and foreigners. The inhabitants of this town in particular are not only characterized by their calm and carefree attitude, but also by their particular attire with dreads in their hair and various handicrafts such as handles, necklaces and handkerchiefs.
- Umbanda
Umbanda is a religion practiced properly in Brazil, it is one of the prequenos cultural groups identified by having the same religious beliefs. This religion has its African roots, it has Christian, catholic and philosophical influences, it tries to mix religion and philosophy for its norms and beliefs. This religion has grown in the last decade expanding into countries such as Uruguay and Argentina, however for the small number of people who practice them, this religion is still considered a minority. People who practice Umbanda are usually people with African roots. In addition, people who practice Umbanda are known for wearing white during rituals.
